A fantastic new position offering opportunities for career development
MHFA is an inclusive employer who advocate flexible working

About Our Client

MFHA is a social enterprise which means it is an outlier in the not-for-profit sphere: their social focus distinguishes them from other commercial operations, whilst still having the same drive to create profit. This fantastic hybrid model has created a team of hardworking and dedicated individuals that are thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Our services have been in greater demand since the emergence of Covid 19 and subsequent lockdowns. We play a vital role in educating and training employers in mental health, so they have the right tools to support their employees. We are passionate about mental health and feel confident that our adaptive training can help reduce the stigma that surrounds this topic.

At MHFA we understand the direct correlation between an organisation’s success and having a diverse workforce. We consider ourselves an inclusive employer, which is why we felt it was important to have a diverse range of people sit on our advisory panel. It is important to us that we maintain these standards which is why all new applicants to MHFA are considered without knowledge of any personal information.
